House rules
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A refundable damage deposit of NZD 50 is collected in cash on arrival and returned in full at check-out, subject to an inspection of the room. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type, so please check the conditions of your chosen option when you book. Extra beds for adults are NZD 15 per person, per night on request and are paid separately during your stay; cribs are not available. This property does not accommodate children and pets are not allowed. There is no age requirement for check-in and cash is accepted on site.

Yes. The Local is our family-friendly restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner, and there is also a bar downstairs.

Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.

How far is the property from the centre of Rotorua?
The property is in central Rotorua, about 600 m from the lakefront and a few minutes' walk from Eat Street and the city shops.
Is there Wi-Fi or a swimming pool?
There is no internet access and no swimming pool at the property. Polynesian Spa and other hot pools are a short walk or drive away.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Most rooms and studios have a private bathroom. The twin room uses a shared bathroom just outside the room.
